
HRD BACOT
Berawal dari keinginan untuk berkeluh kesah di sosial media mengenai pekerjaan, hrdbacot lahir pada Februari 2019 di Twitter. Ternyata, banyak orang yang merasa “relate” dengan curhatan kami saat itu. Banyak cotizen - audiens hrdbacot yang juga berkonsultasi terkait pekerjaan melalui DM dan disitu para mincot, sapaan akrab admin hrdbacot, sadar kalau masih banyak hal- hal yang jarang dibicarakan terkait dunia kerja, bahkan cenderung tabu - contohnya kayak minta naik gaji- serta banyaknya praktek- praktek ketenagakerjaan di lapangan yang tidak sesuai dengan regulasi.
Spirit kami (cie) adalah membuka ruang untuk sharing antara sesama pegawai, jadi perantara buat sebar/nyari lowongan kerja lewat #lokercot, sambil sedikit- sedikit edukasi ringan soal dunia kerja.
We’re starting the account actually to vent about work on social media in February 2019. Apparently many people feel our content is relevant to what they’re experiencing, and there was no platform to share about work struggle at that time. Many cotizens - the hrdbacot audience also consult about problems regarding their work and career through DM and that made mincot - the admins of hrdbacot, realized that there are still many things that are rarely discussed regarding the world of work, even some topics are tend to be taboo - for example, asking for a salary raise - as well as many practices that are not in accordance with manpower regulations.
Our spirit is to provide space for people to have discussion with fellow employees because we believe opportunity will come if we have access to information, to facilitate companies that are looking for talent and for talent to get a job by our #lokercot, act as intermediaries for spreading/searching for job vacancies, while providing a fun edutainment about the world of work.
